Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 27, 2026. This policy describes what GLP1BridgeHelp.com (operated by Columbia Software Works LLC) collects and doesn't collect, in plain English.
Privacy-first design
The screener and packet generator run in your browser. Your answers are used to calculate your result and generate your packet right on your device — they are not sent to or stored on our servers. We never ask for your Medicare ID number, Social Security number, date of birth, address, insurance-card images, or medical records, and you should not enter them anywhere on this site.
Local browser storage
To make the Stripe success page work, packet text may be temporarily saved in your browser's local storage — on your device, not our servers. Clearing browser storage, switching devices, or using another browser may remove access to the locally saved packet text.
Hosting and basic technical data
The site is served by Cloudflare. As with most websites, basic technical information (such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested) may be processed by our hosting provider to deliver pages and protect against abuse.
Advertising and conversion measurement
We advertise this site through Google Ads, and our pages include the Google tag (gtag.js) to measure ad performance. This tag may set cookies and collect standard technical and event data (such as IP address, device and browser information, pages viewed, and ad-click identifiers) so we can see which ads lead to actions like joining the launch list or purchasing the packet. This data is processed by Google under Google's privacy policy.
We also use Google's "enhanced conversions" feature. When you take a conversion action — such as joining the launch list or completing a purchase — the email address you provide for that action may be hashed (irreversibly scrambled) in your browser and sent to Google solely to match your action to an ad more accurately. Google does not receive your email in readable form, and we never send your screener answers or any health information to Google. Your screener responses stay in your browser, as described above.
If you'd rather not be measured this way, you can use your browser's privacy or cookie controls, ad-blocking tools, or Google's Ads Settings to opt out of personalized advertising.
Email launch list
If you join the launch list, your email address is sent to MailerLite, our email service provider, which stores it and sends our emails under MailerLite's privacy policy. We use the list only to announce the Medicare GLP-1 Bridge launch and notify you of material changes to the published criteria or this site. Your screener answers and health information are never attached to your email address or sent to MailerLite. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can also request removal through the contact page. We do not sell or share the list.
Payments
Paid packet access uses Stripe Checkout. GLP1BridgeHelp.com does not collect, see, or store payment-card numbers directly. Stripe may receive checkout information needed to process payment and provide receipts under Stripe's own terms and privacy policy.
Information not to send
Do not send Medicare ID numbers, Social Security numbers, insurance-card images, medical record uploads, urgent medical questions, or emergency information through this site or any support contact route.
Children
This site is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Retention and your choices
We do not store your screener answers or health information on our servers, so there is nothing for us to delete there — your packet lives in your own browser. Launch-list email addresses are kept in MailerLite until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove you. Support emails are kept only as long as needed to resolve your question. To request removal of your email address or ask any privacy question, use the contact page.
